Dr. Michelle Gavin - Featured Veterinarian
Dr. Gavin is a highly experienced veterinarian with over 20 years of experience in the field. Her passion for animals began at a young age, growing up in Los Angeles. She pursued her dream of becoming a veterinarian by earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Southern California (USC) and then a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis.
Following graduation, Dr. Gavin gained valuable experience through a rotating internship at PetCare in Santa Rosa, CA, where she focused on general practice, emergency medicine, and surgery. She has worked in various settings, including small animal private practice, nonprofit shelter medicine, and surgery.
Dr. Gavin's expertise lies in small animal medicine, with a particular interest in infectious diseases, preventative care, pain management, surgery, emergency medicine, geriatric care, and compassionate euthanasia. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients.
